Love cats

New stickers! I'll have buttons by the end of the weekend too, in the Smash Owl logo and Shark Bait "Hella Shitty". Thanks bunches to The Board Shop and Joel from Endurance among other things for the stickers and Adrian for making the buttons! You fools rule.

Party With Me Punker

This is a post of a bunch of different days/nights/scenarios, etc. Here's Wes with a shinner.
Wes sizing up a fat stack and trying to get another cover.
Hot Dog Skeletons! I've been listening to their unreleased album for a while now, but just got to see them live. In Wichitard, Kansas of all places.
Michael Red- smith grind in P-husk. These guys are such jocks and try to beat each other to doing tricks- it is funny to watch though....
Leah and Marge- laugh attack!
Tyson rules.
Holy shit! It's spinach-smokin' speedo behind me with Natalie...

There's this weird, harsh bank by my house we skate sometimes and it was littered with trees, shrubs, and garbage- but.....
Between Matt and I we have an "ultimate set of tools" as Spicoli would say and "we can fix it". We even added some sweet coping to the top.

Tyson and Friz came over! We half embarassed asked Tyson to sign some old Chainsaw Kittens 7" we had. He wrote "skate to the punk" on one, which I thought was pretty awesome.
Matt McCleary- heat stroke sesh, nollie noseslide.
Tyson playing and looking fabulous in his taylored clothing.

A land good enough to kill for- allow lazies to chill more.

I love getting things like this in the mail that make doing a 'zine so worthwhile. Sure, any asshole can start a blog (yeah, i realize what I'm doing right now), but in 2010 it takes a nutjob to take the time to make something in print with little to no reward. Fellow 'zinester, Joey P., gets it and I really appreciate this postcard. You should check out his 'zine, BALANCE, by sending some dough or stamps to 344 Dawson St, Philadelphia, PA 19128.

...and the obligatory Ian MacKaye "thanks" postcard. So awesome every time- especially since it involves the Tim Kerr interview; two guys that helped pave the way for this little d.i.y. universe we lurk around in and try to maintain. By the way, if Ian is curious on how to get my book it must be pretty cool, eh? You saying you're cooler than Ian? There's a link over there on the right (still) if anyone wants to get a copy....
These are just some new boards I liked and thought you may too. I'm considering putting another PAYPAL thing over there if anyone would like to order Smash crap from me out of state. Feedback is welcome. (you have to have a "blogger" account to comment so sorry about that, but it was becoming SPAM city in the comments)
