Dr. Grant isn't scared to ride the short bus. (driven by total bros @ Indian School ditch)
Zoo Mexico.
Sorry if this comes across as vain, I just like to have photos skating places I may never get to hit again. Since I'm not going to put it in my own 'zine and it'll just get lost in my mountain of photos, here it will remain- pivot fakie at Pat's ramp.
View from our hotel and Marge doing urban yoga.
Met some bros from Colorado Springs at the destination that is Indian School ditch.
Pat's ramp- janky, beautiful, just what I needed.
Amarillo. (by evening)
Grant broke his shin a while back, so it was great to see him skating again. It was great to see him in general.....
We hiked this rattlesnake-infested mountain to look at Petroglyphs- pretty tight.
Train in vain ph- Grant
Marge gettin' up at the Cadillac Ranch.
We tagged it up, took a bunch of foreign couple's photos for them, and decided we should get our own. (instead of bugging people we just put the timer on and set it on my camera bag)
Most everything I ate was a variation of this. Heavy on cheese and glorious GREEN CHILE! (we even got sushi with G.C. on it!)
This is one night out with Ray and his crew at Launchpad. I call it "Conservatory West" because every time we see a show at The Conservatory in OKC (often!) the band has played here the night before or will the night after depending on which coast they're heading to. Nice to lurk there finally.
"look, kids, Big Ben!" Sweet little round-about on the corner by our hotel.
Most of the crew at Pat's ramp. Best dudes ever....
Yeah, we love zoos.
and the polar bears in them!
Pretty much just interested in the Isotopes because of The Simpsons, but it was still a cool site to see even though it was all locked up. (we wanted our pic with Homer and Marge)
The Indians have been gettin' up for centuries (this is a Petroglyph). See you again as soon as possible, Albuquerque!
