Little league

It's been a while since I've just dumped a bunch of random stuff on here- I've been making buttons for our projects as well as others. It's been fun making logos like this...
I'm going to try to have the button site up and running this week, but here's some I've done so far- and this will be for the "50 for $20 (free shipping)" icon. I'll go ahead and post the link and there's an email address on there if you're in a hurry to get something done- hit me up.
This is old- Wes smith pop-out in the warmth.
"I got 2 tickets to paradise!"
hella product
Wes- tailslide
"Weekend Guy" Blake Crawford on some east coast shit. (full sequence in next Shark Bait)
Me and Killa have a couple spots we're working on getting good (aka: waxing the shit out of them). This one's ready- back tail slide ph- Killa
Both sides are good! Killa- tailslide
I love seeing Nobunny so much I went to this loner style...
Yep.
The ol' mask is withering away...
"I'm very happy to be here!"
It was a great honor to help Killa I learn one of the funnest tricks in 'boarding!
KC's finest, Hot Dog Skeletons, were my first paying button customers! Then came Colourmusic and they're taking theirs to Europe! Thanks, dudes!
Mikey was nice enough to model the package I sent him.
We're working on video parts for a little bro-vid called "Spark City Flats". If you're baffled by the meaning of the title (I was), "Spark" comes from telling the guy about to hit a new spot to "spark it" and "City" because, why the hell not?, and "Flats" is the cheapest beer in the ABQ. It'll be done before Christmas and should be view-able on this site, vimeo, and hard copies for the purists.
Scott Bennet of Board Shop fame took me to some old street haunts in Tulsa a while back.
Jordan Rudichuk- switch ollie over the pole all the way down to flat. So gnarly- wait 'til you see what else he did though. It'll be in the next Shark Bait. In other 'zine news one of my favorites, SAUCE, has gone strictly digital; but fear not this will only equal more great content over here! And one of my favorite newer 'zines, Kill Yr Parent's Garden, just released issue 4 which is really great- you can see what they're all about and order yourself a copy here.

Smash news!

We've visited Albuquerque the last two summers and are completely smitten with the city and the people in it. Along with Ray Chavez and Grant Biederman; Mikey has made the two trips especially easy on me. He (along with the others mentioned) have basically laid out a menu of spots to skate, which is so much more appealing than just going to the park in city X and not talking to anyone. It's nice to go somewhere and not even touch a skatepark, aside from a mini-sesh at "bum park" and skating Indian School, which might as well be a skatepark (in a good way).
It may not be the best, most thought out idea adding someone to the team that lives in a different state- but if we did things the right or easy way this thing would've never been started. Either way I'm super excited to have another friend on the team and he's even offered to help with art and some Shark Bait stuff. So, this is going to be a ball for all involved and I'm super stoked on everything.

Yours,

Brad

If you want to view paradise, simply look around and you will

Made this collage last night and then decided to give it the logo treatment. I'm thinking this will be on the next Smash buttons. (the sizing is perfect for a screen saver too, by the way)

Stay warm econo

White logo on navy
Red logo on black
Tan logo on grey
There's also this pink logo you can choose.
Specify the logo color of your choice below the color you pick and simply "buy" another size of grey if you want L or XL (paypal wouldn't give me anymore space) and put L or Xl with your logo color choice. I hope this isn't too confusing and thanks for any support!

Caught in between

This is what albuquerque looks like from a mountain.
This is what Megan looks like from a mountain.
This is what I look like on a mountain. (insert Van Halen "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love" lyrics here)
I'm starting to think kooky longboarders are as useful as they are annoying- with those dipshits whizzing around all over the place we seemed to skate UNM undetected. Mike- tre flip
Hotel Blue view
Ray Chavez lipslides a rough one.
Grant and Mikey Indian School dawn patrol session on space ship Earth.
Slappy 5-0 ph- Grant
Mikey- 5-0 ph- GrantCrooked Grinder to fakie. ph- Mike
Mike Sanchez- 5-0; he's got a full interview coming in the next Shark Bait. There's a bunch of heavy shit in the next Shark Bait- you'll be hyped.
Went to see the Isotopes last game of the season- and hung out with The Simpsons.
Marge squared.
First night in town- Ray Chavez front board (iphone and ran through instagram)
Megan- Museum of Nuclear Science and History. Really cool museum.
Grant found this cat by the lake here a while back abandoned. I'd like to think I helped guilt him into keeping her- she's awesome. (and so is he for bringing her home)
Saw Riverboat Gamblers @ The Launchpad
Uh huh.
Grant's garage- the gals look on while we ride his two quarterpipes that make up a baby mini ramp.
Blunted.
5-0- these little ramps were so fun.

Polar bear plays and Ray slays an ollie at the D.I.Y. spot they have going now. It's super fun and I was honored to get to help pour a tiny bit of concrete on the little bowled section (not pictured). If this place stays secret and the cops don't find it, it will be super good at the rate they're going.
