Where are they now?

Grant came from New Mexico to visit family and came by to skate my ramp he helped build.
Feeble.  His only complaint was the lack of platforms.  They're only a foot right now- but when you've worked on it after work for a few weeks you just want to skate the fucking thing.  Next time you're here I'll have bigger ones done....
I painted him a picture for his new house and it's cool that someone is riding a Smash in Albuquerque....

A coat of many colors

It's finally done.
Anyone interested in a camper?  It was in the backyard when I bought the house and I'm kind of over the white trashy-ness of it....
Back D.

Honeymoon vol 2

Mrs. Hayes.
These dudes got a good thing going- skate the park and then walk 3 minutes to the beach. It was cold as hell that day, though.

Yep.

I never really found the sweet lines in this thing, but I can pretty much always get a fun frontside slasher.

This thing was hard as hell to skate.

McNair would kill this place.

Pretty funny to watch these big bastards give themselves a bath.

Scary eye-contact, yo.

"Hey, Copernicus, why don't you see yourself to the back of the line with your feet and stand there with your shirt!" (disregard this if you're not a Family Guy nerd) Sweet marble on the Copernicus statue, but good luck skating something with 3 muesems around it.

Pretty sick views everywhere.

Legendary sea wall+board is back at the hotel= bummer.

Dinosaur at the field muesem.

Married with Children-wise. Traffic is gnarly here- you're pretty much on a freeway with stoplights.

Honeymoon vol. 1

The zoo is across the street from our spot. These guys really ham it up for the camera.
Mr. Shakespeare and me. Our hotel is behind me on the right.

Downtown Margie.

Belushi-wise.

Retards- mirrors at the Navy Pier.

Same old thing we did last week.

I made some new t-shirts this evening- Smashitup, All over print, and smart-ass rasta. You kids asked me to make t-shirts.....
This is kind of old- Megan and her grandpa at her sister's wedding. That dude is pretty epic.

This photo ended up in the Enid newspaper the other day with our engagement announcement. Megan's step-mom wanted us to hire a professional to take this photo- we set the timer and got cute on the ramp instead. Shitbags.

Lou- "in the shit".

Forgot about this- killer review in John Doe 'zine. You may have to click on the picture if you actually care to read it. I'd like to thank the skaters of Tulsa for making me look good- every trick he calls out about being sick in the article is one of you....

Smashed my face up pretty good last Thursday. I was doing a frontside ollie over the hip and landed right as Tom (I.C.P. jangly jeans) was rolling down the wedge from the euro gap. We were going so fast neither of us had time to put our hands up, so the impact was literally head on. He got his nose and eye-area pretty scratched up (via my teeth), but came out a little better than I did. It was really cool of him to call that night and make sure I was okay, would've done the same if I'd had his number. I don't care if that dude wears funny pants everyday- he's a rad guy. (Everyone else who wears those weird, baggy, jangly pants is still a kook, though)
