This dude, Patrick, I once referred to as the "token hesh guy" of Derby, KS spread his wings 20 minutes north and became the token hesh guy of Wichita for a day. Nice guy does a crailslide.

This is my friend Matt Nelson, who I literally hadn't skated with since the 80's. We collaboratively built this wallrider and he did this bitchin' frontside nose-grabber on it.
He also built this fantastic pole-jam. Here's me getting faux-east coast, yo.

Chickasha's skate hate reminded me of old times.
Two of my gal-pals thought it would be a good idea for me to start making fabric out of my paintings. These are the "test swatches", but an actual yard of it might look pretty neat if any of you folks sew. The site is called spoonflower.com and you can type my name in and see the designs. Or not.....

I published a new book of paintings today with an incredibly written foreword by my good friend, Matt Bokovoy. Sorry for the lack of posts lately. In a reverse move in modern times I've been dedicating lots of my free time to painting, making a book of said paintings, and making a new issue of Shark Bait. Print media is a dying format, but I won't let it go. Ever. (I realize the irony of pushing my love of print media via a blog, but this is what people read- the internet) Above is a newer painting and a shot from a few days ago of Wesley Anderson nosegrinding the "white thing".
